EP Minerals, LLC invites you to participate in the AXIS® CHALLENGE. In order for you to be eligible to participate in the AXIS Challenge, the following conditions must be met.

You must be actively working on a project that will require the use of some type of soil amendment. The project under construction must meet a minimum area of square footage (40,000 sf for a 6” soil profile or 80,000 sf for a 3” profile) to be amended with the soil amendment of your ultimate choosing. A calcined clay product is under consideration for use on your project and you agree that this calcined clay product will be tested against AXIS. If you have already agreed to purchase the calcined clay product for your project, you are not eligible to participate in the AXIS Challenge.

EP Minerals will have full and unfettered access to both sets (the calcined clay and AXIS) of results for comparison and will be entitled to utilize such test results as it sees fit without further consent by, and without payment to, you.

EP Minerals will pay for the physical analysis of the amended soil based upon the tests set forth below and any additional testing or special requirements requested by you will be at your cost.

EP Minerals, or one of its designated distributors, will be given the opportunity to submit to you a proposal for supplying AXIS for use on your project following the completion of the testing/challenge.

If your project meets the conditions set forth above and you would like to take part in the AXIS CHALLENGE, please click here to fill out the submission form. Once you click submit on the form, the form will be sent to EP Minerals personnel to confirm eligibility. Once considered eligible for the challenge, EP Minerals will approve payment for the standard testing (see #5 above) of AXIS in your soil at the lab you have designated on the form. EP Minerals does not warrant or guaranty the results of the lab and is not responsible for the consistency between the lab results and use of our AXIS soil amendment product on your project. EP Minerals does, however, stand behind its products, including our AXIS soil amendment, and does warrant that its products meet their standard specifications pursuant to the terms of our standard product terms and conditions. Once the testing is complete, an EP Minerals representative will contact you to discuss the results and offer a proposal to you for supplying AXIS for use on your project.
